Terms & Conditions

Rental period

Standard rentals run seven to ten days from delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extensions are billed at the daily rate quoted at booking.

Weight allowance and overages

Each quote includes a stated tonnage allowance. Loads exceeding that allowance are billed at the per-ton overage rate disclosed before booking.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, oil, batteries, pesticides, asbestos, medical waste and pressurized containers may not be placed in any container. The customer is responsible for costs arising from prohibited material, including load rejection and remediation.

Loading

Material must not be loaded above the top rail of the container. Overfilled containers cannot be legally transported and may require offloading at the customer's expense.

Site access and property

The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal access to the placement area and for confirming that the surface can support a loaded container. While we use protective boards on driveway placements, we are not liable for damage to driveways, walkways, lawns, septic systems or underground utilities resulting from requested placement.

Permits

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permit required for placement in a public right-of-way.

Payment

Payment is due per the terms on your invoice. Approved commercial accounts may be billed monthly.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before dispatch are free of charge. A trip fee may apply once a truck has been dispatched.
